So bad at posting...but good one today. June 18, 2013
Back Squat 3x5 @ 145. Not too heavy, but I haven't squatted in awhile and didn't want to hurt myself.
3 RFT:
Row 1000M
20 pull-ups
30 burpees
29:58. This is significant because I wanted to come in at under 30:00.
